1. General

Ocean Company Ltd., company no. 510023310 (the "Company" or "we"), respects the privacy of its clients and users and attaches great importance to protecting it.

This privacy policy (the "Policy") describes how information about you is collected and processed, and how it is used, across all of the Company’s services — relocation and immigration, international shipping and logistics, property management, tax advisory and corporate mobility — including via the website www.ocean-relocation.com, the Company’s digital tools, phone calls, correspondence and any other communication channel (together, the "Services"), as well as services provided by affiliated companies.

By using the Services you confirm and agree that you provide personal information voluntarily for the purposes described in this Policy. There is no legal obligation to provide personal information, but without it you may be unable to enjoy some of the Services.

If you provide personal information about another person — a spouse, child, employee or any third party — you declare that you are authorised to do so and are responsible for ensuring that person is aware of the disclosure and its use under this Policy.

This Policy forms an integral part of the Site’s terms of use and should be read together with them. The masculine form is used for convenience only and refers to all genders.

2. Information we collect

When you provide information through an enquiry or use of the Services, it must be true, accurate and up to date, and you are responsible for its correctness. Incorrect or partial information may impair our ability to provide the Services or contact you. We collect personal information from several sources depending on how you use the Services:

• Identification and contact details: full name, phone number, email address and further contact details provided in an enquiry, contact form or service registration. • Relocation and immigration data: passport details, visa status, family composition, children’s schooling details, information for residency severance, work visas and anything required to support the process — leaving Israel, entering Israel, aliyah and returning residents. • Shipping and logistics data: shipment details, household contents, origin and destination addresses, customs brokerage documents, insurance details, storage and furniture rental information. • Property management data: property details, sale or lease contracts, buyer, seller or tenant details, maintenance and ongoing management information. • Financial and tax data: information provided for international tax advice, residency and tax planning. • Corporate mobility data: details of the company sending employees on relocation, the employee and their family, and organisational needs. • Communication content: enquiries, correspondence and interactions with our representatives. Calls, WhatsApp messages and video calls may be monitored and recorded for service and quality purposes; advance notice is given before recording. • Social network data: if you register via a social account, basic contact details are transferred to us in line with your privacy settings. • Technical and automatic data: IP address, browser, device, operating system, pages viewed, time on site and actions taken, collected via cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics. • Data from external sources: business partners, advertising campaigns and digital platforms.

3. Purposes of use

We use the collected information for the following purposes and in accordance with applicable law:

• Providing the Services: relocation and immigration support — outbound, inbound, aliyah; international shipping and logistics including packing, storage and customs brokerage; property management; international tax advice; corporate mobility support; and any related global mobility service. • Personalisation: tailoring services to your needs, including relocation, shipping and property management solutions. • Customer service and communication: contacting you through all channels, documenting and monitoring calls and correspondence for service and quality. • Marketing: sending updates, offers and personalised content, subject to lawful consent under the Israeli Communications Law 1982. Consent may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us; service messages continue to be sent. • Improvement and development: usage analysis, ad performance measurement, improving the Site and Services, and statistical processing including after anonymisation. • Security and fraud prevention: protecting the Site, identifying and verifying users and preventing misuse. • Legal compliance: meeting legal and regulatory requirements, handling access, correction and deletion requests, and defending legal proceedings.

4. Sharing with third parties

We may share information about you with third parties in the following cases:

• To provide the Services: international partners and local providers in destination countries; shipping providers, customs brokers and warehouses; technology, cloud and hosting providers; marketing and advertising providers; professionals such as lawyers, accountants, tax advisers and financial institutions. • By law or to prevent harm: competent authorities under legal requirements including a court order; in cases of breach of the terms of use or apparently unlawful activity; or where disclosure is needed to prevent serious harm to the user, the Company or a third party. • Structural change: third parties in a merger, acquisition or sale of business, provided the acquirer assumes this Policy.

Some of these parties act as service providers on the Company’s behalf and process information under its instructions. Others, such as international partners or financial institutions, may act as independent controllers, and their use of the information is subject to their own privacy policies and sole responsibility.

Transfers may include transfers outside Israel, including to countries whose data protection laws differ from Israel’s. Your use of the Services constitutes consent to such transfers, in accordance with the law.

5. Your rights

Under applicable law you may: request access to information about you and receive a copy; request correction of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date; request deletion in the cases prescribed by law; request restriction of processing in certain cases; object to processing for marketing purposes, including a written request to delete your details from the direct-mail database; and exercise rights via a written attorney or guardian.

Information required for business administration, including transaction records, will continue to be retained as required by law but will no longer be used for direct marketing. To exercise rights, email sales@oceanrelocation.com. The Company may request additional information to verify identity and will respond within a reasonable period as required by law.

6. Data retention

The Company retains personal information for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, and to meet legal, regulatory, contractual and operational obligations, including record keeping, fraud prevention and protection of legal rights. Non-identified statistical and aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for analysis and statistics.

7. Information security

The Company invests resources and applies accepted technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed, and the Company is not liable for security incidents beyond its control provided it took reasonable preventive measures.

8. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for proper operation, improving user experience, usage analysis and ad personalisation, including via external providers such as Google Analytics.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Declining cookies may affect the user experience.

9. EU users’ rights (GDPR)

This section applies to users in the European Union whose personal data is processed under the GDPR.

Legal bases for processing: the Company’s legitimate interest — customer service, information security, service improvement and marketing communication with clients; performance of a contract — processing contact details and executing transactions; legal compliance — meeting statutory obligations.

Transfers outside the EEA: where information is transferred to countries not recognised as providing adequate protection, the Company will use appropriate safeguards. Your use of the Services constitutes consent to such transfers.

Additional rights: data portability — to receive your data in a structured format and transfer it elsewhere; not to be subject to solely automated decision-making, including profiling; to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing; and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
